Nalbach Engineering’s NECOFLO G5.5 filler saves money with dramatically reduced maintenance & downtime and improved fill accuracy through automatic weight control
The NECOFLO-G5.5 Filler Series is specially designed for accurate, high speed filling of expensive powders or granules such as instant coffee and soluble tea. The G5.5 combines no-lift container handling with Nalbach’s patented “bottom up” filling technique.
Several built-in scales are provided so that product density can be dynamically monitored. Fill volumes (weights) are then automatically adjusted to compensate for density shifts. The G5.5 will fill any rigid plastic, glass, tin plate or composite container.

- “No-Container, No-Fill”: This is accomplished by automatically stopping the machine when there is an interruption in the supply of containers. This simple system eliminates a hard-to-clean shut-off mechanism on each filling head. (A “powder filler” cannot be allowed to operate without containers to fill, as this action would result in degradation of the product.)
